Molds are species of microscopic fungi. These fungi’s grow like the multi cellular filaments and are called hyphae. Fungus which grows as individual or single cell is popularly known as yeast. The best safe mold removal solution is borax-vinegar. Take 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup borax and 1 cup water. Fill the solution in a spray bottle. Shake the bottle well and then spray it on mold growth. Let this solution stay for about 10 minutes and then wipe it off with a clean cloth or sponge. Change the surface of cloth or sponge as soon as it gets moldy. This is to avoid spreading of molds in unaffected areas.

Everyone has a dream. The most common dream is to own a home. This dream can quickly turn into a nightmare for uninformed property buyers. Even latest constructed homes can port costly slip-ups that may not be noticeable to the inexpert eye. Home is a major and probably the biggest investment for me. Whether I propose to stay in that home forever or plan to shift someday, there are good that I will fill the next numerous years in my new home. When I started searching for a new home, the options were plenty but I shortlisted four places and told my friends about advantages and disadvantages about each place in detail.

My friends were listening intently. One of them stopped me in my monologue and asked me if I intend to get the mold inspection done? I laughed. How can a newly constructed building have a thing like mold? He still backed his query and repeated the question. I answered in negation but expressions on his face were serious. He told me real life incidents that happened with his friend, which proved to be damn costly.

His friend bought an apartment in newly constructed building. After he shifted to that place, he came to know that some wooden doors and outer wall was infected with attic molds. Those molds were there before he shifted but as no common person would, he did not notice them. The problem was severe and he was forced to spend few thousand dollars for that.

After hearing this story, I firmly decided to do a mold inspection before choosing any apartment.
